What do I need to reacquire my wireless internet connection?

I had to reinstall my OS and last time everything went smoothly, but unfortunately this time I wasn’t able to get my computer to reup my internet.
I have a netgear router, and a Tornado 122 value series wireless network PCI CARD. What excatly do I need to do?

Have you checked to make sure your Wireless Card & Network adapters are enabled? Go through Device Manager to make sure you still have the drivers on there
